• Return and Replacement Policy .

    * We strictly follow "No Return" policy.

    * Product can be replaced, only when the customer receive different product instead of ordered product.

    * Product can be returned and replaced, if there exists a manufacturing defect, exceeded date of expiry.

  • * Customers are requested to email the photos of damaged product(as received) to cc@darlingmasala.com within 24 hours and avail the product replacement.

    * Company will not refund the money, if the customer failed to receive the product courier.

    * No cash refund will be made for the above instructions.


    CANCELLATION POLICY

    * Customers are not entitled to Cancel the order.

    * Cancellation of order can be done only through the company.

    * Cancellation can be done against unavailability of stock, courier service for the location and unavailability of delivery service. Money will be refunded if the order cancelled for above conditions.
